For Christmas 2023 we decided to make a charitable donation to a marine charity, rather than send hampers or corporate gifting. The charity we chose was The National Lobster Hatchery which is a marine conservation, research and education charity based down in Padstow, Cornwall. We ‘adopted’ over 40 lobsters on behalf of our customers and partners – these little lobstery lovelies got released in Charlestown Harbour, Cornwall on the 12th Feb 2024.
You can track the release of your lobster on the charity website and if you live locally, or happen to be in the area, you can go along and get involved in the baby lobster release – a pair of wellies is all you need.
