On completion of our annual external audits we are delighted to announce that our ISO accreditations have once again been successful with complying to the ISO standards and have therefore been renewed for a further year. This demonstrates our commitment to all existing and new customers on our desire to provide the best service to all. Especially to note is how the services we provide not only have a positive impact on the environment within our company but also to all our customers. For example by using our Environmental Monitoring System, Port-Log, a VTS is able to determine if conditions are safe for a vessel to berth. Without such information incidents could occur resulting in disastrous environmental impacts e.g. spills, therefore by having such data alleviates such incidents from occurring.
Our Quality Management System has proven a key tool for us, resulting in safe conditions for our engineers on site and promoting a stable and efficient work space. We will be continually improving the system to ensure that all processes, plans and training are always to the highest standard.
