Storm Eowyn brought with it some remarkable and dramatic data last week. Our graph below extracted from our data platform Port-Log vividly illustrates wind scatter and gust intensity through colour coding. It’s rare for us to see the dark red (F12) on these graphs, even though we monitor data from across the country every day. This screenshot, captured on Friday 24th January showing data from the North West of Great Britain, highlights the exceptional conditions.
