We exhibited at the extremely well attended 128th UK Maritime Pilots Association (UKMPA) conference held in West Cowes, Isle of Wight. As exhibitors, we showcased our Enterprise GIS Maritime Toolbar (MTB) productivity software. Delegates expressed particular interest in our ENC Writer Extension software which provides users with the tools to create Bathymetric, Port and other types of Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC). The resultant ENC’s are then available to Pilots to incorporate into their Portable Pilot Units (PPUs) to enable more effective pilotage activities in ports and harbours. The advantage of our integrated system approach is locally held data, including navigation aids, berths and bollards can be incorporated into the ENC dataset to ensure the most accurate data is available to those that need it.
